We also chose some basic governing rules regarding decision making:
- For any vote to pass, 2/3 of those organizations present need to vote in the affirmative.
- A vote can only be called when there is greater than 50% of the associated organizations present.
- Each participating organization shall receive only one vote.
- The DBCC website at http://fdnanola.org/distB.html will be kept up to date with the active organization.
- These rules will only allow the DBCC to take action when there is broad support.
- It is not the intention or desire of the DBCC to take on any decision making authority that is currently held at the neighborhood level
